PM | Retail Delivery

 

Shopping Centre owners need to know that their tenants will meet high standards of design as set out in a Shopfitting Guide, as well as technical and statutory compliance when fitting out stores within the scheme.

​

HFM has provided this Retail Delivery service since the opening of Hammerson’s West Quay Shopping Centre in Southampton in 2000, and then expanded the service to include Brent Cross, The Oracle in Reading, Bullring in Birmingham and Highcross in Leicester.

​

We also developed the Shopfitting Guides for Manchester Arndale’s relaunch and for Bride Hall’s portfolio of centres in Chester, Epsom and Edgware.
